MAKING RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required for Overnight Pet Care, Pet Sitting, and Pet Taxi, and recommended for Mid-Day Dog Walking. You can call or mail your reservations to us, or use our on-line form to request reservations for particular dates. Reservations are taken on a time available basis. We will confirm reservations by email within 2 days of receiving them. If you do not hear from us after 2 days, call 503-750-PETS or try emailing us again.
DEPOSIT AMOUNTS
Reservations require payment in full.
IF YOU CANCEL...
• More than 7 days in advance of your reservation start date, we retain a $10 cancellation fee per reservation request.
• 7 days or less in advance of your reservation start date, you forfeit 50 percent of the service fee.
• Money forfeited may not be applied to any outstanding balances.
TRANSFERRING RESERVATIONS
Transferring to another date is the same as canceling.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
P.U.P.S. provides pet care services regardless of the weather with the exception of weather conditions deemed dangerous by P.U.P.S. In the event we must cancel any portion of a reservation, you will receive a prorated refund.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation insurance allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation start date and receive a full refund or transfer your reservation to another date. Cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time that an initial reservation is made and must be paid for each reserved day. “No-Pets” on the reservation start date, or cancellations within 24 hours and after the reservation start date are not covered by cancellation insurance. If you return home early that is the same as canceling service within 24 hours. (Cost is $6 per day for Pet Sitting and $10 dollars per day for Overnight Pet Care. This adds only 2 dollars per visit for Pet Sitting in most cases.)
THE RISKS
While we have an outstanding record, animal guardianship has inherent risks. It should be recognized that accidents can and do occur. For this reason, we cannot assume responsibility for injury, loss, or damage of property that is not caused by the direct negligence or P.U.P.S. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship at any time if in our sole judgment your animals or property pose a danger to P.U.P.S. health and safety.

- If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot Your Password?", to have it sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
- If all else fails call PUPS office at 503.750.PETS to confirm your service order or get further instructions.
PUPS online account is designed to be a convenient way to make and confirm reservations, as well as check for any visits notes that have been left by PUPS Pet Sitters. If it is not working for you, then it is not working for us. Please don't hesitate to call PUPS for a tutorial on using this system.
